Áṋdhár ságar páre ke go ele
Phul phot́ále álo jharále Marań nigaŕ bheuṋge práń bharále Trás sarále |
From far shore of the dark sea, oh, Who arrived?
You made flowers bloom, and You disseminated light. Shattering the chains of death, You infused life, You removed the fright. |
Desde la lejana orilla del oscuro mar, oh, ¿Quién llegó?
Hiciste florecer las flores, y diseminaste la luz. Rompiendo las cadenas de la muerte, Tú infundiste vida, Tú quitaste el espanto. |
Calár pather sáthe tumi rayecha
Háriye jábár bhay náhi rekhecha Dine ráte atandra jege ácha (tumi) Bhul bháuṋgále áshá rauṋále |
Along with me on my pathway You have remained;
My fear of getting lost You've not maintained. You are vigilant both night and day... Mistakes You crushed; hopes bright You made. |
Junto a mí en mi camino Tú has permanecido;
Mi miedo a perderme Tú no has mantenido. Tú eres vigilante tanto de noche como de día... Errores Tú aplastaste; esperanzas brillantes Tú hiciste. |
Jáhá kichu prayojan sabi ditecha
Jiivaner áyojan kare rekhecha Úśár aruń ráge hese calecha (tumi) Kśudhá jágále kśudhá met́ále |
Whatever has been needed, everything You gave;
All provision for my life You have arranged. With crimson color of daybreak, smiling You've engaged... Yearning You did rouse; yearning You did terminate. |
Todo lo que ha sido necesario, Tú lo has dado;
Toda provisión para mi vida Tú has dispuesto. Con el color carmesí del amanecer, sonriendo Te has comprometido... Anhelo Tú despertaste; anhelo Tú terminaste. |
