Áṋdhára nisháy ámári hiyáy
Álo kare tumi esechile Mananera prati ańu trasareńu Táhári doláy ájo dole |
At darkest night into my heart,
Bringing light You came; And every grain and granule of my thought Still sways on that divine litter today. |
Patanottháne jiivanadhárá cale
Kona yati cihna báṋdhiyá náhi phele Tomár chande dhará chande bhará go Mananer jyoti táte sadá jvale |
With rise and fall, the stream of life proceeds;
The punctuation marks never impede. By Your will, the world is filled with rhythm; In that rhythm, the luster of intellect is ever bright. |
Con altibajos, la corriente de la vida avanza;
Ásiyácho jadi tháko niravadhi
Hiyára gahane chat́á phele |
When You have come, stay forevermore;
In hard-to-reach regions of my heart, emanate Your splendor. |
Cuando Tú hayas venido, quédate para siempre;
